Do you stock (enter product name here) in a size 12? Can you take some photos of it and email them back?
This answer to this is important, so listen up… Products, sizes, styles, colours, prices, dates, and availability do vary from store to store, so sometimes we don’t specify. Your best option is to roll on down to your nearest GP store where our dreamy store staff will be happy to help.

Can you forward this email on to the marketing/buying department?
Unfortunately not. These cats have their own channels of contact. If you don’t know what they are and have something of dire importance that you need to get to them, try our Head Office who’ll be happy to help.

Can you please send me free stickers? I'm going to stick them on my mum’s car to impress girls/guys.
We usually give away piles of stickers (and other stuff) at the events we organise and sponsor. If you want to be informed about them, sign up to the Our People mailing list. You'll have a good time and the stickers will rain. You should open a store in my little town. Opening stores involves some tricky logistics. General Pants employs a couple of brains to juggle this. If they’re of the belief a GP store would work well in your town, they’re probably already one step ahead of you in making it happen.
